Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within one to two days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11 PM London UK / 6 PM Washington DC time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For both UK and USA destinations, we charge £ 3.31 for the first item bought and £ 4.39 for all the other times bought along. We offer free shipping for orders worth £ 60 and above.

Delivery Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom .
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to the United States of America. 

Order Tracking

  • After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Deliveries take 5-7 days for destinations both in the UK and the USA.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within  30 days of receiving the package. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to our customers' orders. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
