Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You should have received the product damaged or defective or different from what you had purchased and therefore what you had expected to receive.
To initiate the return process, you can contact us at returns@kaltrixecommerce.store with the following details to facilitate a quick resolution:
- Order Details: Include your order number and any other pertinent information related to your purchase.
- Description of the Issue: Clearly describe the specific issue or problem you encountered with the product.
- Supporting Images: If applicable, attach images that help illustrate the problem. Visual evidence can greatly assist our team in understanding your concern.
- Specify the form of relief that you want: You could request to be refunded or have an exchange. In case you wish to have an exchange, specify the product replacement that you would wish to have delivered to you.
Review Your Email: Double-check to ensure that all the information provided is accurate and complete before sending it.
Send Your Email: Once your email is ready, send it to us, and our dedicated team will review your request promptly.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your request for an exchange or a refund was approved or not. In cases where exchanges are approved, we shall incur the exchange shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you purchased, specify that you prefer to have an exchange and once we have received your item and your exchange request is approved, we shall deliver your product replacement.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your request for a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be fully refunded for all costs you have incurred on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
